3D Scanning
Utilizing Leica 3D scanners and Cyclone software, we can create a digital copy of your environment or equipment. This data can then be used in a multitude of ways such as field measurements, best fit designs, displacement monitoring and digital twinning. Since first adopting the technology in 2015, 3D scanning has become an integral part of our process and is utilized in most projects that require field measurements.
Design & Engineering
Our design process aims to achieve a complete fit for our client, considering fabrication, installation and operation. We encourage continuous client input.
Our engineers apply recognized standards and analysis techniques to unique and complex situations. We also understand the application of standards can be as unique and complex as the situations they are being applied to.
Drafting
At I/O Design, we understand 3D models alone don’t lead to fabrication or installation and projects are executed through our technical drawings. We maintain a high standard towards the details of our drawings, ensuring every view, note and specification is accurate and relevant. A thorough checking and review process ensures every interaction with our drawings is informative and efficient for the user.
